# Aqua Referrals

Our program is designed to reward you for trading and for growing the Aqua community. You can earn rebates on your own trading fees and generate a lifetime revenue stream by inviting other traders to the platform.

### User Tiers & Fee Rebates

All users are assigned a **Tier** based on their activity, which determines the rebate they receive on their own trading fees.

Tiers are calculated based on the greater of:

* Your **90-day trading volume**
* The number of **active users you have referred within 90 days**

Tiers are updated **quarterly**.

| Bronze   | < $200K               | 8%                  |
| Silver   | $200K – $1M           | 12%                 |
| Gold     | $1M – $10M            | 15%                 |
| Platinum | $10M – $50M           | 18%                 |
| Legend   | > $50M                | 20%                 |

**Self-Rebate Formula**

Your Rebate = **Your Daily Service Fees × Self-Rebate Percentage**

Rebates are calculated daily at **00:00 UTC** and can be claimed as **USDC** from the **“Claim Rewards”** section in your wallet.

### Two-Tier Referral Commissions

When you invite users to Aqua, you earn a percentage of the trading fees they generate.

Our **two-level referral system** means you can also earn from the users invited by your referrals.

Your commission percentage is based on your own **User Tier**:

* **Direct Referrals** — commissions earned from users you directly invite
* **Extended Referrals** — commissions earned from users invited by your direct referrals

| Silver    | 12%               | 5%                  |
| Gold      | 15%               | 5%                  |

#### Special Bonuses & Limits

**New User Bonus**

* For the first **30 days** after a new user signs up, their referrer (**Direct Referral**) receives an additional **5% commission**.

**Lifetime Cap**

* Referral commissions apply to the **first $500M in trading volume** for each referred user.

**Total Rebate Cap**

* To ensure sustainability, the total payout for a single trade (**user self-rebate + Direct Referral commission + Extended Referral commission**) cannot exceed **50% of the service fee**.

If it does, the referral commissions will be **proportionally reduced**, while the **user's self-rebate is always prioritized**.

### How to Refer Users

Once created, you can share a link that directs new users to download the Aqua app. When they sign up, your referral code will be automatically applied.

### For Your Referrals: A Bonus

Users who apply a referral code when they sign up receive a **4% discount on trading fees** (based on Aqua’s **5 bps service fee**).

A referral code can only be applied if the user’s trading volume is **less than $200,000**.

### The Referral Dashboard

Your Referral Dashboard provides a complete overview of your network:

**Claim Rewards**

* View your accumulated USDC rewards and claim them directly to your wallet.

**Direct Referrals**

* View the address, join date, total trading volume, fees paid, and rewards generated by users you directly invited.

**Extended Referrals**

* Track the total trading volume and rewards generated from your extended referral network.

**Self-Rebate**

* Monitor your own trading volume and the rebates you have earned.
